Went to the location in Conover NC The wait was minimal and the fromt desk staff , dental assistant and doctor were so friendly and professional and I felt confident with my appointment. I would definitely recommend this location for all your dental/denture needs. Five stars for sure !
I had an appointment this morning. I was handed paperwork they wanted filled out and signed. I did not fill it all out because they wanted my signature saying I had been served well, I had not been served yet. I get back in the office and asked some questions and was told I expected to much. All I wanted was dentures that fit properly. When I asked what if they didn't fit right what would happen I got a shrug as an answer. That's when I got out of the chair and left. My suggestion to anyone that goes there is ask questions and remember they are working for you, not the other way around.
I have been affordable dentures. but this time I was there from 730 in the morning until 2 o’clock in the afternoon and I feel I was too long of a time to wait on my teeth and also my new teeth don’t fit as good as my old teeth do . I got the package so my temporary teeth feels better than the new teeth that I have . I need to go back and get the new ones readjusted but if I do .I’m afraid I’m gonna have to take another day off from work be all day there for them to fix my teeth . I have no problems with the workers there the employment people they were very nice very friendly people and I do recommend go there but I do expect you will be waiting a while
