The MOST FRUSTRATING experience ever. I felt like the movers and manager (Frank) took total advantage of me because I was a single mother. First the movers showed up 90 minutes late and looked like they just woke up. They were maybe 20 years old and appeared to have no experience moving. I had movers that loaded my u-haul that were MUCH more professional and MUCH faster. When I arrived in North carolina and had a "Christian" touch unload it, it was totally different. They were VERY slow, only 1 to 2 boxes at a time and acted like they had no sleep the night before. They were paid by the hour and ran up the total rate WAY more than expected. My brother drove the u-haul for me and was furious at the service we received from them, especially compared to the movers who loaded it. It was such a scam. What makes it worse is that I complained to the "Thumbtack" site that they link to, and the owner denied he even worked with me !!! I paid the movers in cash and they gave me NO receipt. I called Frank the manager 5 times since the move and he did not return ANY of my calls. They are getting away with it and they know they are guilty !! They knew I was in a bad situation and had no recourse. NEVER AGAIN! Learn from my terrible mistake and DO NOT use them. EVER.
Workers were very reliable, trustworthy and fun to be around. They unloaded two containers for me under the amount of time expected. Strongly recommend!

found these guys on line, was desperate to move this massive cupboard my wife bought at an estate sale, huge glass cupboard, 7 feet wide by 9 feet tall, Frank and his guys picked it up in Mooresvilles to our home In Hickory, no damage, very professional and very reasonable, would highly recommend them, will definitely use them again
I hope I never move again (lol) but if I do I'll be calling you for sure!
