I worked for 5 American Trucking Companies... Trust me, this is the BEST.
So we scheduled a truck between 12-5pm, the truck comes two hours early and the driver tells us he's going to come back anywhere between 1-5pm. Waited till 7:30 that night and still no truck, I've been calling this morning to see when this truck can get here but no ones answering. This trucking company is a damn joke.

Never had anything come off damaged, but they are always 4-10 days late. Always. I work for a retailer and they deliver flooring to us. Sometimes it will sit in their warehouse until we call for delivery.
