If I could give this company a "0 star" for customer service, I would. No one answers the phone. No messages returned. I told Restoration Hardware I wouldn't order from them again until they found a different delivery company for my area.
I would highly recommend that you do not EVER use this company, they are a joke. My Hancock & Moore furniture has been in Dallas for over two weeks and they will not deliver it even though they tell me "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow". Pay a premium for bottom of the barrel service. Good luck to anyone who uses them.
